Downloading via free download.

I received an e-mail that v1.2.3 Canada was available now for ATS.

Came on the site, downloaded the .def file no problem. Went back to get the main file and chose the 'free' option. <SORRT>

The download appeared to come over as when the new window opened a blue line appeared to show the progress but then . . . nothing.

No option to pick the save file and no indication it had fininshed?

Do you have Javascript disabled? The download should automatically open in a new window

Yes I have Java. When I click the kink the new window shows the file APPEARS to download (the bar in the centre goes from left to right) but then noting!

It will be a client-side issue. Please try with a different browser.

Could also be anti-virus interception
