The Roads only appear as soon as you drive over them, and they also look very buggy.

Hello there,

This is not a bug. The road is a secret road. I don't know how you drive from the inside of the secret road to the main road. Always you can drive from the main road.

I used the 0 key to freeroam and CTRL + F9 to teleport there, because it looked interesting. Didn't realise the road was supposed to be secret. But thanks for confirming that this is intentional.
