[Fixed] Kuopio repair centre, misplaced railings

At Kuopio's service station (combined with truck dealer) there is a displacement of the railings at the enter/exit. See the screenshot: on the left, the railing goes past the pavement and into the road (thus blocking part of it); and on the right, the railing starts too late, making part of the pavement "connected" to the service station's area. The "give way" sign at the exit is also placed too far to the right from its normal position — probably, a related issue.
