[2.63] Mixed street layout with resulting road blockade between norway and Sweden

There seems to be a roadblock on the E6 Gothenburg (S) -> Oslo (N) northbound , right at the border between Sweden and Norway.
A road divider or barrier, what's it called, is placed across the road, no way to get around it.

My view of this place:

Do you have any mods enabled that will change this place?

Clearly there should be tollbooths, as seen in my pics, but they seem to be gone on yours ...

I have no idea which mod would, or could change that, and why would it ? And why exactly there, but nowhere else ?
Haven't seen anything like this, anywhere else, though I haven't explored 100% yet, am only at ~30%.
Does D.B. Creation conflict with ProMods ? Only MOD I have running, I can think of, all others are just for the truck and trailer.
(it says here, it's compatible with ProMods and others, besides I already use it for 2 years now with ProMods)

So I went back there, on another account, with only ProMods, and nothing else in the Modlist.
And yes, it's gone now, so the problem is on my side, apologies ...
Now to figure out which Mod it is ... have like a 100 running (that's excluding paintjobs, trailerskins, trucks etc etc, just the ones I actually use)

At the border between Norway and Sweden is the road blocked. There seems to be the side barricades of a normal straight highway at the location of a toll station. The AI traffic can drive through the concrete barriers and is using the toll station.

I have no other map mods installed and due to the type of the error i think there is no need for a log file, but i attached some screenshots.

This is a conflict with another mod. Not a ProMods bug

I had the exact same problem.
I only use D.Bs Traffic Promods map, D.Bs Vehicle def., D.Bs Real Weather and D.Bs Environment mods and Rusmap besides Promods.

I found that removing D.Bs Environment (Which also add old tollgates and other meshes) would fix the problem and get the normal Promods layout.
However the AI traffic will still drive through the barrier via the tollgate lanes, I suspect because of D.Bs Traffic, But... well road works

If you remove D.Bs Environment mod you need to be clear of the problem area or else the game will crash when loading save because of nav./spawn issues.

Do you have D.B Creations mods enabled ?
That's what causes this, probably not updated.
I had the same issue here, and someone else as well.
(there's another topic about this problem)

So, to fix this, turn off D.B Creation

there are better mods for environment (seasons by Grimes) and traffic (traffic density by Cip) anyway, no need for D.B anymore ...
