Trailer & Co Pack with Licence Plates

is this part of the realm of the Trailer & Company packs? Is it possible for this mod to change the licence plates of the trailers (and/or trucks) to be better represented? In this image I found near Exeter, it's "Finnish Tires" in Cyrillic, but the licence plate shows Great Britain. I might be more appropriate if possible to change that to either Finland or Russia or whatever (for other types of trailers representing another country).

The ProMods TCP does not specify nor change the license plates of trailers. The game generates license plates based on the country you are currently in. While you might be able to limit trailer models spawning in certain countries (with a lot of work), I do not believe there is any any way to limit a trailer paint job to a particular country.
