[WIP] - Bridging the Gaps

BTG (Bridging The Gaps) is a Promods addon which intends to add extra routes to Promods ETS, adding roads where there is a realistic path for HGVs to travel.
This is the first map mod I have made, and I'm very much missing a lot of things that make other maps perfect (namely road signs & speed limits).
I'll release the first version after I do a detailed pass over Ayr, Girvan & Fenwick and bring them up to detail with the rest of the map
