I do not own the Iberia DLC. Rest all map DLCs I have. For me promods 2.60 with game version 1.43 show incompatible. Do I need the Iberia DLC also ?

Yes, you do need the Iberia DLC now too.

Unfortunately, the names of the cities on ProMods Middle East 2.60 are still missing after adding the map Roextended 3.3

I personally did not go there, but a colleague wrote that you can go there and the connection showed me on the map, I have turned off the map for now ProMods Middle East 2.60, we will see how Roextended will decide if they will still support ProMods with RC connection files between Roextended 3.3

Yeah, you can drive there. City names are not shown and you can't do deliveries there, but you can drive through the streets there to get to the Red Sea Area.

No, there are no ports on southern region map that have acces to the caspian sea
