[Fixed] [#32580] [1.0.2] PANA store in Vernon is wrong variant

The PANA store in Vernon is the wrong variant (the default SCS version using US spelling on the sign), not the Canadian variant from ProMods Canada. For comparison purposes the correct variant (the PANA in Penticton and Coquitlam) is shown here next to the incorrect one:
