Convoy mode, Assets file wrong version

Hello, my friend and I tried to play ETS2 convoy last night with Promods V2.75.

We played it before and it all worked fine, but now it says we don't have the same version of the Promods V2.57 Assets file.

We even transferred his Assets file to my computer and i replaced it in the mod map of ETS2 but to no avail.

We both have:
-standard promods v2.57 files
-the steam workshop Promods convoy support .def file
-the Middle east expansion V2.57
-the trailer and company pack V1.30
-the cabin accessories pack V1.16

downloaded it at the same day together. It all worked in ETS2 convoy around 2 weeks ago

The only discrepancy is that i own the Iberia expansion and he doesn't.

All I know is that for Convoy mode to work all the files must be 100% identical. Same filename, filesize and possibly even the same time & date stamp. We can only suggest trying to double check all these things and otherwise complain with SCS, because in our view the Convoy file check is far too strict.
