AI must be disabled on the underlying prefabs and trajectory points must be connected just near the AI lines on the nearest enabled prefabs. Try moving the trajectory points to see if you can spawn some AI with the built-in tools.
Where one trajectory splits in two you must connect them in a different way, I would have to draw it
