If possible, add back that easter egg in spain around andorra

The one I'm referring to is the one where there's a hidden road and there's a sign that says easter egg. This one right here if you don't know what I mean: https://youtu.be/CV03LFk83ok?t=450 The Iberia DLC got rid of it but if it's possible to add that one back assuming there aren't any roads in the DLC that go over it that would be nice to have it's a nice small scenic road to drive on.
