[Fixed] [#31351] 2.55 road error in A5 Germany

On the A5 motorway in Germany, near Karlsruhe, there is a part of the road, in both directions, where you hear the sound of driving on a dirt road, instead of an asphalt road. The road itself looks normal. It's over a short distance, then the sound turns back to normal.

It's already known issue that has been reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #31351 and it was first fixed in WIP.
Later it has been reopened because this was anyway not fixed in WIP.
