Reforma Map Fix

I can't find a Map Fix for viewing all of ProMods and C2C maps on screen. There was a fix called Reforma Promods Fix that worked with 1.39 and any of the maps. Anyone know if a new version has been released?

Why do I need Promods & Reforma Background Fix v.8? (or do I need?)
I use both maps, BenganJ background mod and I don't use C2C (if that means anything) and I haven't had any problems with the map so far... at least

You need a mod which extends the background world image since the vanilla map is zoomed in on the western US only. Mods like Promods Canada and Reforma include one for their own added regions, but if you combine multiple mods only the last loaded one would 'win', so you could end up with Reforma Mexico being visible but not Promods Canada, or vice versa.
Using a 'fix' or general background mod that loads after any of these map mods makes sure you see the entire included world.
