Gas station needs customers on E6

I was driving south on the E6 towards Göteborg and needed a place to sleep. I suddenbly spotted a gas station on the GPS. Excellent, but it was not clear how to get to it since there was no signs on the E6 showing the drivers the existence of a gasstation. You had to exit the E6, turn right and drive through a roundabout to get to it. I am sure any chain of gas stations worth it's salt would have put up signs leading to this gasstation :-) I don't know if signs are 'missing' northbound as well.

This gas station here? love it! it was a long hard dark rainy night about four/five days ago, I was tired with less than an hour driving time left, my fuel light was glowing red like the devil on my dash and it was this station, this oasis in the dark depths of Sweden which came to my rescue!

I really do like this station and the layout and think we need more 'just of the motorway' style stops like this which are accessible to both directions of traffic.

Yes that is the one. I agree with you. I think 'just of the motorway' gets you a breather and breaks the monotony of driving on a motorway.

That type of station is very common in Scandinavia where it often is useless to build stations on both sides of the wrong, so you just turn off from either direction.

By the way this station is in Norway :)

Like I said, it was dark, wet and I was very tired! ;)

Used it a couple of times and as Clausir says, it helps to break up a long motorway journey.
