I would guess... No.
Roextended has their own Romania etc.
And they "Roex" make their own road connections. No one else has the permission to make Roex road connections.

Servus, yes RO-Rebuild Project v3.0 is compatible with 1.46, 1.47 and 1.48.
Please do note that ProMods 2.66 will include all rorebuild areas as well as Olt Valley. Check the link in my signature.

Any plans to make any modification to the west area (Nadlac Cross Border ,maybe add Arad and continue on the E68/DN7 ) ?
