Allright people, the other day I was driving in Bilbao, and I found a BUG.

Please provide the missing information as linked above.
By the way, as the Iberia DLC is just around the corner, and Bilbao will most likely be merged (if not outright replaced) with SCS's Bilbao, I don't think any bugs reported in ProMods Spain at this time would be fixed.
