Carpathian Add-on is not updated to new game version, but if you chage manifest file manually it still works
Here is a new road connector between Ukraine Expansion v0.11 and Carpathian Add-on v0.5
Load order:
- Ukraine Expansion + Carpathian Add-on v0.1
- Ukraine Expansion v0.11
- Carpathian Add-on v0.5
- ProMods packages v2.64 (all files)
Download Ukraine Expansion + Carpathian Add-on v.0.3 for ProMods 2.64 (1.6 MB) from TruckyMods
Download Ukraine Expansion + Carpathian Add-on v.0.3 for ProMods 2.64 (1.6 MB) from ShareMods
Load order togather with Poland Rebuilding
- Poland+Ukraine v0.1
- Ukraine Expansion + Carpathian Add-on v0.1
- Ukraine Expansion v0.11
- Carpathian Add-on v0.5
- Poland Rebuilding v2.5.5 (all files)
- ProMods packages v2.64 (all files)

Change manifest to 1.47 - it works for me.
I have used this load order:
Poland+Ukraine v0.1 (changed manifest to 1.47)
Ukraine Expansion + Carpathian Add-on v0.1 (changed manifest to 1.47)
Ukraine Expansion v0.11 (changed manifest to 1.47)
Carpathian Add-on v0.5 (changed manifest to 1.47)
Poland Rebuilding v2.5.6 (all files)
ProMods packages v2.65 (all files)

Ukraine Expansion version 0.12 for ETS2 version 1.48 and ProMods 2.66 has been released
Welcome to the new city of Rivne, ancient and big city founded in XIII century with a population about 240k, located on the one of the most important motorway E40 which connects central Ukraine with Europe.
You will be able to explore city entrance with unique city sign, bypass road, custom and other companies, truck dealer and buy a garage.
