Crash when entering or going near Rotterdam

Hello. I'm using ProMods with a few other mods like traffic pack by jazzycat, DAF by Schumi and a few others. Everytime I'm near Rotterdam or I teleport to it my game closes. This also happens when I try to enter Spain . Could someone take a look at my crash and game log and tell me what the problem is? Thank you

first, these should be the launch options: -unlimitedlog -mm_max_resource_size 90 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000 -mm_pool_size 7168, second, arrange your mods like this:
