What is correct load order for this mod? Also Should I put the files on top or on the bottom of mod manager

maps are usually placed at the bottom of the list

There is no load order for this mod because it doesn't matter. You can load the files any way you want.

Load order only makes a difference when you combine other map mods

Update: There, I seemed to get it fixed now. Too bad the game still crashes intermittently.

too many maps, not all of them support compatibility with other maps. you can try to get rid of Great America and Island Maps as in my map assembly (like yours) they caused many incompatibility errors with other maps and were removed. also the International LT truck is causing problems in 1.39 as it was not updated properly. also try to disable the Realistic Brutal Weather mod, I noticed in many logs 1.39 errors related to the sky and clouds
