problems:
1: NPC vehicle which enters this area will disappear soon
2: the border custom checking button doesnt appear

Already reported as #27336 should have been fixed but apparently not. Review needed.

About the border custom checking button doesn't appear, there's any problem on Romania side.
For Moldova side the prefab is old.

Sorry to be confused with the issue #27336 it's was fixed a long time ago.

Next time please add [2.51]. Overwise the team will don't know on what version of Promods is happening.
Tip: add a screenshot in your bug report, this will increase the bug report quality.
