Ground missing and road sign in the middle of the road

I was driving along route 8 in Croatia and found this. The ground was missing and there was a road sign in the road.

And also post larger screenshots because those are very small. But this is probably a mods conflict.

Based on the screenshots, the location in question is probably this, southeast of Dubrovnik:

I confirm that this is most probably a mod conflict, as I could not reproduce this issue with ProMods as the only map mod.
