The city of Angers has no question marks at the places you could discover:

Truck dealer and recruitment agency, IIRC are not marked. The large "Scania" is for a large Scania office, I think.

Notice that the possible player garage and yards other than Scania don't have a footprint on the map either. I reported this for v1.62 and it hasn't been fixed. So either Kuchek hasn't gotten around to it, or it's not easily fixable.
