[REL] Mediterranean Expansion Ferry Fix

I've found that the ferries are too short and cheap, which makes it unrealistic and, more importantly, causes RouteAdvisor to plan some unreasonable routes. I've made a simple fix for it by removing the Italy connection and rationalizing the Greece one. Just place it above MedExpansion and ProMods.
