You should first create a clean fork of the github repository to your account. Then navigate to the branch for the specific mod you want to update and create or update the localization files for the mod there. Then create a pull request from that branch (e.g. roex to my roex branch, see here for an example.

A new Great Steppe version is out adding new cities

Version v1.4 works fine since I localized every city in the mod already. Even cities that were not yet added into the map. Anyway, releasing v1.5 now to include SibirMap.

Hi, if you wish you can submit these on GitHub and I can merge them into the mod, or I can do it myself if you would rather not deal with GitHub yourself. Let me know.

Also, the next version I release will be when all or most of the mods are working/released for 1.40. I haven't been keeping track of them recently, so if this is already the case then I will have a release soon. I know that TGS has stopped development or something like that, so I guess I'll have to look into that further too.
