[Fixed] [#26394, #26395, #26396, #26397] [2.50] Ukrainian signs

There are some misplaced signs & spelling mistakes on some signs.
1. Misplaced priority signs/signs indicating the route of priority road on T-junction between Lutsk and Lviv.
2. Lutsk written instead of Chop on navigation sign (it should be written Чоп/Chop 305 on top instead of Луцьк/Chop 134, I'll leave a screenshot of normal sign on the other side of this junction with direction to Chop).



3. Spelling mistakes - "Устигул" instead of "Устилуг" (it's written correct in English but not in Ukrainian) and "Горохив" instead of "Горохів".



4. Some signs with "Володимир-Волинський" text on it doesn't show normally some letters (they are transparent/black).

Added to bugtracker (#26394, #26395, #26396 and #26397).
The last bug (Володимир-Волинський) is actually not a bug - these signs are based on how the signs look in real life.
