Hi,
In Stockholm, when I go through the tunnel on 75 and take the right exit inside tunnel to turn to 73, game crashed twice to desktop at exactly the same point. Screenshot and gamelog is below.

you run out of memory. (RAM)
you can try to increase in your config.cfg from 10 to 20 or 30.
maybe it will help.
your PC has 4GB RAM. thats not enough if you want play with many heavy mods.
