Could I just double-check the Sailor achievement from the Scandinavian DLC please? It's listed as 'medium', so should be doable with Promods, but I've noticed that the Oslo marina appears to be reassigned to Drammen, similar to the Miner achievement. Is this achievement definitely possible? Thanks

You're talking about the wrong marina this is the correct one

This is in Oslo, as you can see. The one in Drammen doesn't count.

I tried to do all of the Special Transports DLC achievements with Promods 2.57 and 2.60 (didn´t know this thread existed) and I managed to do all of them except of "Driver Exceptionnel" (would take too long but I think it is possible), "Not a Canoe" and "The Bigger The Better".

"Not a Canoe" being part of "The Bigger The Better" anyway, I will focus on that one:
I manged to get 10/11 special transports with Promods except of the Service Boat, which is also needed for the "Not a Canoe" achievement.

But this mod: No Limits Mod v1.3 spawns special cargoes as a normal cargo, which the game still caunts for the "The Bigger The Better" achievement.

That Mod also has a feature, that removes the escort-vehicles for the normal special routes, so technically you can use it to complete "Driver Exceptionnel" and "Not a Big Problem" achievements faster as they are the only ones, where you need to do the special routes.

Just to be sure, can you throw in a list of what achievements you have done? From what you say I assume Giant is actually possible?
Regarding Driver Exceptionnel, this is one of those achievements that you have to take limits to verify, similar to Pathfinder. I'm having issues forcing myself to get the latter on a stock map with no DLCs, so I'm not really sure anyone's gonna bother doing those two on a PM map. Now that you mention it, it'd be better if I move them to Unknown and add a note, cause neither of them were and probably will never be tested

I can´t really say much about vanilla special transport but I used the above mentioned mod to remove the escort vehicles.

In your list you mentioned, that you can´t get all cargoes due some vanilla routes missing. But for me at least, all cargos did spawn. For example the service boat spawned in Spain. (I hadn´t done this route yet, when I wrote my last comment). I Can´t really say if that is the case in Vanilla since I was using a mod.

I also did "Driver Exceptionnel". My theory of why it worked:

I created my profile a long time ago. Promods was always activated. Meaning I never drove on the vanilla map on this profile. Since the game only checks if you have done all of the available routes of your profile and not all 48 routes specifically, the game thinks only the Promods-special-cargo-routes exist. That is why on my list some vanilla routes are missing. Because I´ve done all of the available routes of my list, the game gave me the achievement. Best way to check it is by looking into your mails if you can do all of the special cargo routes available on that list.

I haven´t done the other achievements on your list yet, but I am pretty sure you can do "Iberian Pilgrimage" at the moment, since Promods hasn´t changed anything in Iberia yet.

This list was done back when Iberia wasn't a thing, so the vast majority of the map was non-vanilla, and I didn't manage to find the boat. Now that some bits n pieces are stock (for now at least) it's slightly easier to find special route stuff. I will keep The Bigger The Better, Not a Canoe and Giant where they are now, though, as you used another mod to let them spawn where they shouldn't have. This list implies using PM only.

Exactly so. This achievement works with any map combination as long as you do all the routes it has to offer. I'll move Driver Exceptionnel up to Hard, as No Limits shouldn't influence the routes and you still need to do those mentioned in the email, IMO.

I have done 15/16 farm contract on Promods map but the last one to Kallingrad had to be done on the vanilla map.
All the other contract for achievements can be done on the Promods but just needs lots of patients to come up

Iberian Pilgrimage achivement is possible, but the route "Pamplona - La Coruña" is very difficult to appear
