redownloading promods on new pc if bought for old pc

ive bought promods on my old pc and now sold it. I forgot to put files on to usb. will I need to buy them all again.

You pay to use a fast single file download. Not for ProMods.

I know that ive done that but dose it stay on your account so it can be downloaded again or is it just a redownload
