I have the same problem.
I loaded the 3 zip + the def file .. everything installed and when I wanted to launch my profile ets_promod ...

I had: files incompatible with your version of game !!!

I deleted everything ... created an empty profile with just the promod files.

the game launches, the promods 2.46 image launches, the loading bar goes up ... to 1/4 and there ... nothing left ... I left it like that for 1 hour and the bar didn ' has not moved by 12 pixels !! single output: Ctrl Alt Sup

I tried with "standelone", then with "replacement" .... nothing ... I deleted the mods "trailer" ......... same .....
I arranged in the recommended order then in the reverse order ..... same "breakdown" ....
I saw that there was a file mod_info.sii .... I renamed it so that another file is created, inside there are the mods of the new version ...
but I still have the same "failure".
At each manipulation, I tried with the profile I used on 2.45 and on a new profile ....... all the more surprising, that with version 2.45, I was content to copy the new ones files and everything worked perfectly ... the only new feature is version 1.37.1.6 64 bits of ETS 2 .... I did a file check by steam ... it did not find an error .....

The MOD ProMods package is missing or disabled. If you did not expect this, please check the MOD status. You can still try to load this backup.

is the ' ProMods2.46 DEF' file only with rusmap or is it part of this maj ??
because with the update purchased ... it does not appear ..... would this be the cause of my worries ?????

Yes, you are missing the promods-def-v246.scs
And it is always a separate download.
check the box for Special Transport DLC. But NOT for RusMap, due to you not using it.
