You can find more information on why the map stopped being developed on this turk forum, in a comment made by Emre54. Basically most of the devs got jobs IRL. Real life comes first.

They have been some donations of areas to Promods in the past, the most recent one being Olt Valley in Romania, would be a shame if this mod would get lost in time.

Emre, the guy who made the comment on that turk forum, is currently the Turkey ProMods dev. Maybe he could manage to integrate TR Extended into ProMods.

That would be really nice! Maybe Emre could get in touch with the devs of the project, since he was one himself long ago as far as I could understand. Hopefully their unreleased work in Marmara (Bursa) can get rescued too.

Have you considered giving the mod to Promods for them to include in their mod map?
