I can't see any external contract jobs in ANY CITY IN RTTBS. However I can see external contracts without problem in other parts in the game. (I have DLC, no mods and my profile is linked to WoT). Any solutions for that?

There's not much we can do about that problem.
I would recommend asking in the SCS Forum, since it's their service.

Can you please update your fake flag to your actual location?
