I was using it only with PM and PR. I know that it isn't your territory so it also was strange for me but it seems that your mod somehow intervene in PR territory.

So you're saying that this mod can still be used, but it has to be above or below PB?

Probably the PB sectors will overwrite my mod and you will just see not my signs in this area
