You actually missed step 1 on Download that is def file generation.

Click on Download tab, generate def file with Special Transport Job checked that is step 1 and put this file to Documents -> ETS2 -> mod.
After this try again with TruckersMP launcher.

ok, hello take a look here in TruckersMP appear like that and in Singleplayer the mod appears, the log file:

Mod Manager doesn't work in MP, just join the ProMods Server and it'll load the files automatically.

it crash in loading screen...

what def did you generate, normal or ST?

i tried both.not working

post a screenshot of what you have in your mod folder
