New addon for rusmap piter

Hi pm team Sergey with aldimator released piter add on for rusmap can you add to recommended load order the mod returns extended vyborg and sankt Petersburg from Sergeys rusmap 1.9.2 version

short answer: no.
We will not add every add-on to our load order list.
It is linked in the RusMap thread and there is a description where it have to be in the load order - so no need for that.
