Promods crashes with 1.36 and 2.43

Hello Guys,

I updated Promods (2.43), Rusmap (2.0) and ETS 2 1.36 and the game keeps crashing.
I placed the packages in the right order, as written in the Guide here on Promods.

But always the same error occurs:

Which load order is the correct one?

The one from the Guide from Promods, or the one which can be found in the Promods -> Rusmap Road Connection mod?

i use this loading order, and it works well for me.

Sadly it still crashes with the same error..
I even redownloaded the Promods .def File.

1.36 c is his latest version.

and this one i don´t know.

Real Speed Limits

you have a problem with traffic rules. update Cips mod to 1.36 c, remove this speed limit mod, and try again. if it´s still not work, i have no other idea.
