unusable mod

I have tried everything but nothing works I have downloaded the latest version of ETS2 and promods and I have all the files in the correct folder he now indicates the mods only I cannot activate them pls help

You're mssing atleast one of the required Map DLCs:
You need Going east, Scandinavia, France, Italy and Baltic seas dlc.

What "how"?
If you don't have the required DLCs, you need to buy them on steam.
