Wait and let the game load. It'll take up to 30 minutes on the first load, due of building the navigation cache.

you can send this complaint to SCS, they included the "navigation cache" when they added new GPS navigation systems in one of the recent updates.
SCS include the cache file for the vanilla game, but for every map mod the cache file must be built on first load.
we would like the game to indicate what it is doing on screen so that the player doesn't think that it's crashing.
