Where can I find free map makers?

I'm working on a ETS2 map of my country Croatia. Currently doing a small area of a city called Rijeka. The issue is that the map progress is very slow. It would be nice to have someone to teach me how to map out the roads, terrain, etc.

Here are the steps you should follow;
1. Crerate things on map editor with your knowledge and tutorials on Promods forum or Youtube.
2. When you think you have been reached out to a point of knowledge, start mapping.
3. When you are satisfied with your mapped area, show it to community on "Show your work" section of Promods forum.
4. It will either take attention of other mappers or it will be forgotten in depth of forum. If it takes attention, you may find new firends who will to work with you.
5. Then let's see where it is going.
