Hey, how is this mod planning to handle the upcoming West Balkans DLC?

Although I cannot confirm any exact plans, I feel little can be ported over from the current version to work with the DLC, and what can be would require time to connect. I would also like to adapt anything ported to look like and be consistent with SCS's design. As such, this mod would most likely skip an ETS2 version or two, with the next mod version starting off mostly fresh.
