I saw those cows, too. Also ın some places there are extra cows. For example if you enter the road to Kirkenes Dam (the dam on the Russian-Norwegian border), you will see cows but they do not fly

I confirm floating cows in the street in Kirkenes, Norway. I have reported this issue in our bug tracking system, bug #20614. Thanks for your report!

@ricardopascoal, for the future please review How to report a bug. Your report title should include something about the location (Kirkenes) and the version of ProMods that you are using ([2.41]).

Both #20614 and #20615 are fixed in WIP.
