hi, no need to watch wombat video or whatever, just try with old load orders and latest patches available. there is EAA version available for ets 1.38 EAA 5.5 and i added promods patches - eaa and rusmap-eaa that I had previously and for my part it works perfectly, although obviously I did not try the whole map

update to version 1.39. Broken road to Tiranë, A3 highway from Tiranë to Elbasan disappeared.

I disagree with you. I have a Tirana with no road connection. Been in different ways (Promods + Balkans + Macedonia + fix on top) nothing has changed, Tirana is there, but it does not connect to the nearest port city by road.

I saw the assembly at Arayas and so he has the Balkans and Macedonia above Poland rebuilding, without this fix there is a connection of Tirana and the nearest city (Macedonia), but there are doubts that there may be a departure.
