[Fixed] [2.40] Perth, Scotland, UK, lorry flops like a fish

When calling for tow truck near Perth, the truck upon reload sometimes flops and damages itself to the point of near destruction. When driving along the road running above the River Tay in Perth, the lorry suddenly flopped.

Please Review on how to Report a bug here:

And add all Missing informations like coordinates and Pictures.
And make sure the bug is also reproduceable with ProMods only

I've now rotated the service point outside the garage by 180°, and moved it. That should prevent trucks spawning in the wrong place (hence the damage).
As for the other problem in Perth, you'll need to file a more detailed bug report.
