The N2 is the perfect road for the ones who like a driving challenge in the Centro region of Portugal. It starts relatively flat near the city of Abrantes, starting to get hillier after Sardoal, allowing for a green landscape. It gets even funnier between Vila de Rei and Sertã, with one of the biggest hills of this region.
If you're already too tired from your many contracts, you can stop by at the Galp gas station in the beautiful town of Vila de Rei to rest a bit. This town is known as the Geodesic Centre of Portugal and has some amazing views.

And also: don't forget to discover Abrantes!

The A23 is the main road of the Beira Baixa region. Being the 4th biggest highway in the country, it has a huge diversity in landscapes.

Coming out of the A1, it has a very arid landscape, almost looking like some parts of the Alentejo. After all, the Santarém district is very dry and hot, and may even be considered a part of Alentejo (Ribatejo).

After the A23/IC3/A13 clover, the landscape gets greener, getting more diverse in vegetation.
