This only started with the 1.34 version of ProMods

Hi,
yep, as @Vøytek said please try with Promods only.
If it work´s then you can enable the mods step by step and you will find the file which crashes the game.

1) remove all the mods which need the Special Transport DLC like this one...
or better for you check SASq workshop for the ProMods fix.
2) this one makes also trouble:
remove/use the fix and try again.
