Hello, I have a problem on YKS map, meanwhile the loading, it's crash. I have checked the logfile and I see:

<ERROR> Unable to find 'Road - right railing model' 'dlc_balt_23' for 0x2D4D2A701C400001

But I don't have Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC beacause Promods 2.33 isn't compatible.

Also, I have seen some load order priority of this mod but it's not working...

I have:

Vive la France DLC
Going East DLC
Scandinavia DLC
Italia DLC

Promods 2.33
Rusmap
Southern Region
Paris Rebuild
Romania Extended

You need The Baltic DLC which is compatible with ProMods, also do you use YKSRSK or YKS?

And I can't have Baltic DLC beacause PM 2.33 isn't compatible.

YKSRSK is the rescale version of YKS Turkey map (made by Arayas and you will need ROEXtented map). ProMods 2.33 work with Baltics DLC, just that the SCS area is replaced by old ProMods work.

I use both, beacause I don't find all files for YKSRSK

Look at Wombat Trucker on YouTube, he explains to you which files you should have and how you should put them in the correct load order.

Yes, YKSRSK needs the Baltic DLC.
