Hello everyone,

I wanted to test out map editing this evening, but when I tried typing "edit" in the console the game crashed.
I followed these steps before trying:
Navigate to "C:\Users\name_here\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2".
Open file config.cfg with notepad.
Find "uset g_developer" and change "0" to "1". Do the same with "uset g_console".
Save the file and close it.

Make a shortcut of the executable file "eurotrucks.exe" and put in on the desktop. Make sure it's set to run as administrator. For example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks.exe"

Any help is appricated.

Can you post your game.log ? Have you remove all the mods from your mods folder and from the Steam Workshop ?

No, I didn't know I had to remove all my mods.

The Map editor loads all Mods in your Mod folder in alphabetical order, so you need to remove all Mods from your Mod folder in order to run the Map editor.
Note: Also Steam Workshop mods get loaded, so they need to be deactivated aswell.
