Janów Lubelski - Bad arrow on the sign next to DK19 ;[19/02/2019 11:26] (sec+0010-0001);43216;88.2205;-1365.33;-0.56633;-0.000131521
I know, DK74 is under rebuild, but I do not know if Janów Lubelski will be rebuilt.
Tested on profile with only Promods and bug occurs.

Please explain what you mean with "bad" Arrow, I don't see anything wrong here in that screenshot.

The arrow on sign next to Lublin should point the road to the left not straight.
