but how you saved the files at your PC is wrong. they are saved as url links, and not as an archive.

i have no idea. you saved the files wrong way, but how you did it, i don´t know?

After downloading the parts, I saved them in a folder called ProMods, and then I extracted the a winrar file, and then, I put the extracted files in the mod folder in my documents.

Maybe the mod folder you selected is not the correct one (if you have My Documents in multiple drives for instance)... you will need to put them in the correct folder otherwise the game can't find them.

Should be the adress to your mod folder. There should be no difference between mod and Mod, folder name.
And you have only Rocket League DLC?
For current ETS2 and ProMods you would need:
Going East, North, France and Italy DLC's. Or maybe you have bought those, but forgot to activate them?
