If you don't have the DLC italia, scandinavia & vive la france ProMods work?
Yes it can. But you'll need to download an old version of ProMods from our compatibility page. Which will be version 1.91.
You need to downgrade your ETS2 too, to version 1.18. In order to use ProMods 1.91.
The latest and greatest version of ProMods won't work without those DLC.
