I know, but my point was whether he releases it for promods 2.33 or promods 2.40, you would need the baltics DLC anyway so people shouldn't complain that they need to buy the DLC if they want to play on this map.

If he releases it for 2.40, people playing ProMods will have this DLC already.
It's a ProMods map addon, not a standalone map. If he releases it for 2.33, people will complain that they need the DLC Why do I need Baltic DLC, if countries you add are so far away?.
Besides, I didn't check it, but maybe Platypus uses assets not available in 2.33, so he has to wait until those assets appear in 2.40

If he's adding functional border checkpoints, you'll need Baltic DLC.

Hey ! Great work there , i m currently working on moroccan map but road signs doesn't accept arabic names , please i nees your help

Arabic language is not supported in the sign/text editor.

AfroMap has Arabic letters on traffic signs, so this should be possible.

Afromap still doesn't have arabic signs

yep i know that but highway signs doesn't show arabic letters ! I think they use different template of road signs

You can only achieve it by using the overlay system (it's an old fashioned way)
